1. If we have already taken a course with you, will this information be different?
Yes, the Group Executive Coaching series is designed for both participants of previous workshops as well as newcomers.
2. Can you tell us more about the Group Executive Coaching?
In the live Zoom sessions, I will answer questions and provide conceptual models and topic focused content discussions. Each session will be run similar to an executive coaching session which includes a topic focused discussion and responses to participant questions and challenges. The sessions will also have an interactive experience utilizing breakout room exercises and all group discussions. There will be time for Q&A.
3. If we miss a session, can we view it at another time?
While I encourage in person participation, recorded zoom sessions will be made available for those who can’t attend.
4. Will my company reimburse the expense?
Participants will pay the fee upon registration and work with their companies to receive reimbursement. Many companies provide a leadership development budget for employees to attend this type of training. I am happy to provide a “Certificate of Completion” or “Invoice” upon request.
5. What is the refund policy?
If you need to cancel, please do so 12 days before the course start date. We will refund your payment after deducting a $50 processing fee. Within 12 days of your start date, we are not able to process cancellations.

Denise Rabius is Principal of Rabius Consulting, a leadership development group specializing in organizational culture management and people development. Denise works with a wide range of global organizations to provide leadership curriculum design, program and organizational development, consulting, and executive coaching. Some of her clients include McKinsey & Company, Facebook, eBay, Google, Salesforce, Yahoo, and Kaiser Permanente.
Denise is adjunct staff at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she is leadership coach for the MBA students and the GSB Executive Education Programs. She also leads the popular women’s leadership courses for the Stanford Continuing Studies Program. Denise received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and her BA from Smith College.
